Make sure you have signed into your shift before anything else.
From the pole with piping near the Life Purpose Australia car parks. The lockbox code is 4900. After removing the keys from the lockbox, you should then either:
- Immediately re-lock the lockbox in the same location before randomizing the lock combination OR,
- Bring the lockbox inside for the duration of your shift
Open the Life Purpose Australia and Vibe Hive doors.
Lock the Life Purpose Australia door once you are inside.
Keep the keys on you for the whole session. Contact Denver immediately if you lose them. If you cannot reach Denver, contact Will immediately.
Turn on all lights, then set the AC to a comfortable temperature on the controller. There’s one panel for the program room and one for the rest of the Hub.
Set a phone alarm for 8:00 PM — your trigger for clean-up and sign-out.
Collect the doorbell from the facilitator storage shelf — the right-most shelf, second row from the bottom.
Head outside through the stairwell into the underground carpark and attach the doorbell to the velcro dots next to the door leading into the carpark.
Back in the program room, ensure both doorbell alarms are plugged in — one into a mains outlet in the program room, the other into a mains outlet in the main office area.
